Wait- I Can’t Nominate Someone Myself?
That’s a little tricky- the answer is “yes” and “no”. We can’t work with you directly though because all the help we provide is 100% anonymous. We prefer you to reach out to your pastor or youth leader for the nomination instead.
So How Do I Nominate Someone?
Over the years, we’ve built relationships with dozens of local area churches, teachers and other community leaders. They are our eyes and ears, so to speak, in order to keep each of our donor families 100% anonymous. It’s all hush, hush on our end.
With that said, if you still want to nominate someone directly, feel free to send us a detailed email below or stop by your local church and ask for assistance in contacting us.
What Do We Look For in Families We Help?
Our ideal family to sponsor is a loving household with at least one child. In most cases, something happened that caused a temporary setback- maybe a family illness or a sudden loss of income. These are good, caring people that would do almost anything to help anyone.
Some other criteria that we loosely follow- we’re looking for families where the parents work or go to school full time, have some type of religious affiliation and a good reputation within their community. This would be the type of family where you would’t hesitate to let your child spend the night…just a good, wholesome and loving household.
How Many Families Will You Help This Year?
Unfortunately, that’s a tough question to answer because it all comes down to our fundraising efforts, the number of applications received and the availability of volunteers. We can tell you that we THOROUGHLY research every applicant and do everything in our power to assist as many deserving families as possible.

- The names, address, phone number and social profiles of a family in need
- A detailed explanation of why this family needs help this holiday season
- Some details about the family in general- Who are they? What are they like?
- A few references we can discreetly talk to about this family
- Your complete contact information in case we need to follow up
